SHE Utah mobilizes individuals, organizations, and civic leaders through collective action to improve the quality of life for women, girls, and families across Utah. We strengthen civic participation, expand leadership pathways, and activate community power so all Utahns can thrive.

Our 2026–2027 Strategic Focus Areas

Childcare is the linchpin of economic stability and family well-being. SHE Utah leads coordinated, multi-sector action to expand early care infrastructure through four action pillars:
Families: Expanding access to high-quality, affordable early childhood care options.
Community: Elevating care providers, strengthening support networks, and building local care capacity.
Business: Partnering with employers to establish family-friendly workplace policies and care subsidies.
Policy: Advocating for state and local policy solutions that fund care options and sustain the care workforce.

To create lasting systems change, women and families must have a direct seat at decision-making tables across Utah.
Mobilization & Engagement: Driving non-partisan voter education and civic participation.
Representation: Training emerging leaders to serve on boards, commissions, and local governance.
Policy & Funding: Advocating for policies and sustainable public funding at the city, county, and state levels to resource community needs.
